# Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Rawriti, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you need assistance with a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
### Returns & Exchanges
* Return or exchange requests must be raised within *4 days of the delivery date*.
* All exchanges are subject to *product availability*. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue store credit.
* We recommend recording an *unboxing and return packing video* while handing over the product to the courier. This helps in resolving any disputes regarding the condition or completeness of the returned item.
* Returned products must be *unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition*, along with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
### Refunds
* Refunds are issued *only in the form of store credit*, which can be used for future purchases.
* Store credit will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality check team.
### Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery*.
* Requests received after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
### Product Variations
* Minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, embroidery, or handcrafted detailing may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of our products.
* Such natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
### Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
* The product has been used, washed, altered, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
* The original *price tag, brand tag, packaging, or accessories* are missing.
* The *security seal tag* marked *"No Return If Broken"* has been removed, tampered with, or broken.
* The return request is raised after the applicable return window has expired.
### Orders Purchased from Other Platforms
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as *Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart*, or any other external platform are subject to the respective platform's return and refund policies. Such orders cannot be returned or exchanged through the Rawriti website or customer support.
### Final Review
All return, exchange, and damage claims are subject to inspection and verification by our quality assurance team. Rawriti reserves the right to make the final decision in accordance with this policy.
